Stayed only one night and really enjoyed being in this lovely and homely place. A super comfortable bed and a cosy and peaceful room. Jo is a lovely host and her cooked breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend it
Jo was the perfect host right from the start as she easily and quickly rectified an error I made when initially booking. The location is only a 10 minute drive to the sea front, and a lovely village with a co-op and amazing take away a couple of minutes drive. The room was clean comfy for all of us (we stayed in the family room) Two adults two buildings, there were a few bumps to the head as it was a loft conversion so a pitched roof, but we soon adjusted and remembered Jo could not of been a better host, friendly, caring and thoughtful. She made hand made cookies for the room which our boys were delighted with and she even saved some for our journey home so they got extras. Would return and highly recommend!
My husband found Joe's Guesthouse by chance, on line. Ideal situation and Joe is an amazing host. Room was good and comfortable and breakfast amazing and sets you up for the rest of the day! We will be going back as ideally located for our needs.
You feel like home here. Jo is a lovely host and very helpful with sharing information and arranging things like a taxiservice. Flexible times for check in, cosy and clean room, nice bed. The full english breakfast is a must-do, one of the bests we experienced.

We found the house comfortable and warm, and Jo did us some lovely home made bread and jam for the morning, would recommend staying here if your attending the area
It is a tranquil comfortable place to stay. Jo makes her own croissants. Nice location. You're able to sit in front garden on bench within quiet village near Grimsby.
Superb location, in a very small, quiet village. Lovely room, Very bright and clean. Cracking English breakfast with all the trimmings. Tea, Coffee, fruit juice and home made jam. What more could anyone ask for? See you again soon Jo. Thank you.
